Head

• Elongated, pointed fish / shell helm — smooth conical beak with no eyes or mouth, ridge pattern down center. Surrounded by branching coral crown.

Body Structure

• Entire armor is living reef.
• Shoulders / Back: massive branching staghorn coral growing from upper back and shoulders, forming a jagged mane, with fan-shaped seashell pauldrons at front.
• Torso: chest is interlocking fish scales / shell plates shaping muscular pecs and 6-pack abs in V-pattern, belly and sides have scale detail.
• Arms: forearms are dense spiked shell bracers with layered leaf-shaped plates, hands are clawed.
• Legs: thighs are scaled like fish skin, knees have large round shell caps, shins and feet are encrusted with coral growth and barnacle-like spikes, feet are wide, flipper-like with 3 toes.

Material and Finish

• Stone-washed silver-grey reef rock, matte barnacle texture, weathered coral. Realistic shell and scale detail.

(Make sure to check if there are any problems with the manifold edges. Most 3d printing aps will have an option to auto fix them, but its also preferable to load them in a viewer for additional checks.
The model has an extent between -1 and 1, you can customize its size and modify it freely. You may reduce or increase the polygon count alongside the vertices freely based on your specific needs. 
The colors may turn out a bit different from the original ones seen in the images, depending on the printer used and how it's printed.

The 3mf has the most accurate interpretation of the base model and is preferable when printing.)
