It is a planetary gear type iris mechanism with 5 blades. Parts are designed for laser cut, and you can 3d print the parts too. DXF and STL files are included in the attachment. The outer diameter is 150mm,center hole is diameter 52mm, and total thickness is 12mm.
If you plan to 3d print the parts, suggest using resin material. If you plan to manufacture parts with a laser cutter, please use thickness 3mm material, and you need to add some breakpoints by yourself(or your supplier can help do that). Try to make the gap as small as possible when laser cutting.

What you need to buy are some pins, bolts and nuts.
Pin-Diameter 2mm, length 5mm, 25pcs;
Bolt,washer &Nut-M3, length 16mm, 5pcs.
To move the blades, there are two ways:
1. Rotate the small gear with a tool;
2. Rotate the ring gear.
