this is scene that is ready-to-render. everything you see in renders is included. you can easily use models in diferent projects.

lightning is done with help of portals through ***dow and semi-transparent glass in doors.
models are detailed and can be used for close-ups.
models and materials are properly organised and named. there are used groups when needed.
lvl of subdivision is mostly set to 1 or 2 for viewport and to 2 for rendering, so viewport is fast and responsive. also hairs on carpet are set to show just +-10 of all.
what was needed is uv mapped and textures are included.
all textures are under free license, so no worry.
textures are packed into .blend, but are included in separate folder as well.
it was done using blender and cycles rendering engine.
only .blend file has materials due to cycles.
