The Concept: A faceless, bio-plant humanoid where human anatomy is fully replaced by living cactus. It's tall, lean, and unsettlingly human in silhouette, but completely non-human in texture.

• Form: Athletic male humanoid base - broad shoulders, narrow waist, elongated limbs, digitigrade-style clawed hands and feet
• Skin/Surface: Saguaro cactus structure with deep vertical ribbing, dark green base with light green / yellowish ridge highlights
• Details: Covered in hundreds of sharp, white/cream spines across the head, shoulders, arms, torso, legs. No facial features, no eyes, no mouth - head is a seamless cactus dome
