acer tree model made in 3ds max 2017.
exported to fbx and obj with five materials. one for the trunk and four for the leaves(two normal and two aged versions).
pbr textures for unity 5 standart specular, unreal engine 4 and v-ray included. you can create your own material looks.
textures for the leaves have alpha channel and 4096x4096 resolution, textures for the trunk are 8192x8192 pixels.
normaly model has 73500 triangles count. you can add subdividing modifier(like turbosmooth in 3ds max) in your 3d program and model will be 305000 triangles.
leaves consist of two meshes with flipped normals places at the same position. one mesh for the outside leaves and another for the inside. you can delete inside part for reducing polycount twice. in this case material for the leaves must be doublesided for the saving density of the leaves.
