After downloading, unzip all the files in to the folder with your project and then start importing

By importing the file .obj in 3ds Max, make sure that you turn on the units/scale conversion option (set "Model Units" to "Meters" for .obj files created in Blender)

Recommendations for importing files to 3ds Max:
1. Do not import files into an unsaved scene
2. Follow this order:
a) create and/or open a .max file;
b) copy the new textures and geometry files in to the folder where this .max file is located;
c) import the files
