説明

The CG Point Adjust Tool for RC airplane/wing V2.

Use 10 mm pipes to assemble the stand: aluminum, carbon fiber or wood for your choice. Length 400mm x4, 315mm x2. Use M2 brass insert nuts and M2 bolt to make a crossbeam axis for clear and smooth movement of the crossbeam. Use anti-slip stickers for RC drone batteries for the upper parts.

To assemble you need:

• 10mm pipes 400mm x4, 315mm x2
• M2 brass insert nut x8
• M2 bolt x2
• M3 brass insert nut x2 (ruler lock)
• M3 thumb screw/knob x6
• M5 steel stud x2
• M5 nut x6 with washer
• anti-slip rubber sticker x4
• stationery rulers x2

You can make your own rulers (printable .stl included). Print it and use the sticker with scale (included in .pdf and .eps for download). Be careful when assembling the rulers! Check the 90 degree angle and the absence of any gaps, then glue rulers to the stand. 

I recommend assembling the stand first, then gluing the rulers. 

How to use:

• move the rulers
• install the model on the stand 
• use the hand screws in crossbeam to fix the correct position relative to the wing profile
• remove the model, adjust the crossbeam for horizontal position by slightly moving the hand screws 
• set the CG  position on the rulers
• install the model
• adjust it!

The main feature of this stand is protect the balsa, EPP/EPO foam from the damage during balancing on the stand. The wide crossbeam ensures proper weight distribution and does not damage the surface. Have fun!
