Lord of The Rings Anduril 1:1 scale 3D print ready model. All runes on blade were engraved. It is a highly detailed model that is designed for 3D print. All details are real reliefs or engraves. Ideal for cosplaying, decorating etc.

--Dimensions--

The sword has 130cm total length. 100cm for blade and 30 cm for handguard + grip. Blade has 1.5cm average thickness. Scabbard has 111cm total length. There is a 120cm x 5mm diameter rod slot inside of the sword.

--Assembling--

There is 4 version of the sword and 2 version of the scabbard. Since all parts are modular, you can make your own version of the sword.
2 versions of the blade part: With runes engraved and without runes
2 versions of the grip: Leather texture engraved and smooth surface one
2 versions of the scabbard: Leather texture engraved and smooth surface one.
All parts are sliced under 20cm so you can print them with any 3D printer.
There is a 5mm diameter metal rod slot inside of the sword. Without metal rod skeleton, it would be more fragile.
Don't forget to use a strong glue while assembling the parts

There is 0.6mm tolerance gap between sockets and plugs. İf you use a standart FDM 3D Printer with 0.4mm nozzle, it should be perfect fit. If it's a little loose, don’t worry. The main task of the plugs is to keep them stable and correctly oriented while you are pasting the parts.

--Recommended Printing Options--

I suggest that you have done tolerance and flow rate tests on your 3d printer before you start printing the model. I recommend minimum 3 walls and 40% or more infill rate for all parts, especially for blades. It is a thin and huge print and it costs probably 700gr+ material in total for both sword and scabbard, we don't want it to be fragile. If the plugs and sockets have difficulties or do not enter each other, you could adjust your flow rate or could choose " exclusive " on slicing tolerance option
