This is a real factory which was created with great precision. Simple topology.

The real size. The materials are the same for all elements - you can quickly repaint all the elements.
Each item is one mesh. Logical structured object names. Trestles and roads are made by segments - it is easy to make any shape of any length. Textures, studio included.

Originally modeled in 3ds Max 2021 and rendered with V-Ray.
