the model was assembled as accurately as possible so that it's easy to remove or add floors in case of need.

if you want to quick edit building you have to :
1- assign to geometry editable mesh
2- choose explode ( in edit geometry) assign 100 and ok
thats all , you can again assign editable poly to geometry
