M-113 armored personnel carrier (APC) USA 1960s. Developed in 1957-1959. Launched into mass production in January 1960, as of 2008, its production is still ongoing. The total production of the M113, including machines based on it, amounted to about 85,000 units [1]. For a long time it remained the main armored personnel carrier of the United States, it was also supplied in significant quantities to other countries and was used in many armed conflicts.
