NomadCapsule — Modular Travel Kibble Container

NomadCapsule is a compact modular travel container designed for carrying and serving dry pet food on the go.
The system is made of four printable parts: a central kibble reservoir, a rotating dispensing valve, a screw-lock style travel bowl, and a top lid with grip texture.

The exterior is designed to stay clean and flush when assembled, while the lower bowl can be removed and used directly as a small feeding bowl. The internal rotor lets you dispense kibble by rotating the side lever, making it practical for walks, trips, camping, car travel, or daily outings with small and medium pets.

For best results, print with food-friendly materials, preferably PLA Pure / natural PLA or another filament suitable for contact with dry food. Always use a clean nozzle, avoid contaminated materials, and wash the parts carefully before use.

Supports are recommended, especially around the bayonet slots, locking details, rotor opening, and internal overhang areas. For smoother movement, lightly clean the printed locking channels and test-fit the rotating parts before final use.

Recommended settings: 0.4 mm nozzle, 0.16–0.20 mm layer height, 3–4 walls, 15–25% infill, supports enabled where needed, and slower outer walls for cleaner locking surfaces.
