pizza oven is made by a core structure of steel metal and then covered as follows:
- The internal room in completely covered by refractory bricks.
- The external part (outside the core structure) is made with insulation material composed by a mixture
of soft argil and cement.
The hob is made with tiles of pure argil that is ideal for the pizza cooking.
The operating temperature (reached with wood and/or gas burning) is in the range of 380-400 °C (716-
752 °F).
