Sock Blocker Size – 24–25.5 cm

A 3D printable sock blocker designed for shaping and drying knitted socks.

This size is designed for socks with a foot length of approximately 24–25.5 cm, corresponding approximately to size RUS 37–39.

The sock blocker consists of two parts that snap together.

Unlike magnetic sock blockers, this version is designed to become a single, permanently assembled piece after the two parts are snapped together. Once assembled, do not attempt to separate the parts. Trying to disassemble the blocker may damage or break the parts.

This design is intended for users who prefer a solid, non-detachable sock blocker without magnets.

Clearance versions

The package includes an STL version with a 0.15 mm clearance (0,15.stl).

Use the 0.15 mm clearance version if you are not sure about the dimensional accuracy of your 3D printer.

If your printer produces highly accurate parts, the 0.15 mm clearance may result in excessive play between the assembled parts. In this case, choose the standard version 0.1 mm with a tighter fit.

Size marking

The demonstration photos show the size marking on the model. The size marking was later removed from the final model because sizing systems vary between countries. The downloadable models do not have the size marking on the surface.

Printing method: FDM
Test material: Anycubic PETG Translucent
Test printer: Bambu Lab X2D
Recommended: Use adhesion ears/tabs for better bed adhesion.

Build plate temperature: 80 °C

The model should theoretically fit a 220 × 220 mm build plate.

Not suitable for a 180 × 180 mm build plate.

Please check the dimensions of your printer's build area before printing.
