• Sheet metal parts are cut using a laser cutting machine.
• Selected parts are subsequently bent on a press brake.
• The base component is manufactured by stamping/forming.
• The round bar is machined on a lathe, including a turned section and threaded end.
• Individual components are welded into assemblies and the weld areas are ground/finished.
• The completed assemblies are painted and finally assembled into the finished product.

The package includes the complete 3D model, individual components, manufacturing geometry and technical drawings.
