1. The short shaft between the 2 plates on which the piston is clamped is on the wrong side. It should be on the opposite side, i.e. the lighter (smaller) side. The heavy side acts as a counter weight to the piston. If this was in a real engine, it would be so badly balanced that it would shake itself to pieces.
2. I have never seen a crankshaft with 2 pistons mounted on the same short shaft. Doesn't mean they don't exist, just they are so much rarer that unless you specify which car the crankshaft is from, it is not a representative model.
