note: formats .obj, .mxs, .fbx, .3ds, are exports and may not open properly in your 3d software,
depending on what software you use and its version.
we recommend importing the model in .obj format, it opens properly and conserves
the mapping of the materials in the most of cases.
if there is a problem with the model, please let us know and we will fix it as soon as possible.
