overview:
this is a simple panda model i made. if you change the textures it can be a bear or winnie pooh or whatever cartoony animal you like :d i know its very simple...

in the [scene files] folder you got some simple pictures in [images] folder and all the stuff needed in [scenes] folder. the .ma files work with any version of maya that is 7 or higher.
