This 11-inch-long lizard is made of resin and is painted to match the original prop as closely as possible. It also features a keyhole on the back so that it can be hung on the wall.

In the episode Amok Time, Spock is experiencing Pon Farr, a Vulcan mating ritual that can only be resolved by mating or fighting to the death. Dr. Leonard McCoy brings a sedative to Spock's quarters, but Spock refuses to take it. In a desperate attempt to stop Spock from killing himself, McCoy throws the lizard at him. The lizard startles Spock and he knocks it away, giving McCoy enough time to inject him with the sedative.
