this is my first 3d model, enjoy:
[edit]: reduced polygons and vertices amount!

the 3d model was created based upon a real house, in real units of measurement.

included model formats & other:
- .blend (created in blender in februari 2016)
- .fbx (multi format)
- .obj (multi format)
' you can also find the textures in the texturefilemapshouse01.rar
- included texturemaps are:
* texture map
* normal map
* specular map
' the renders made in the first 6 images are made within unreal engine 4 using the highresscreenshot button. it works in unreal engine 4.
' the other renders are made in blender using 'blender render'.
' everything on the images is included except for the unreal engine 4 map.

if you need any other formats, i'll be more than happy to make them for you. also, if you experience difficulties please let me know.

i will be giving this model a remake for a more post apocalyptic-like scene, i hope i will meet you there!
