Industrial-grade pre-treatment system engineered for 15 m/h RO feedwater.
This setup integrates a two-stage fine filtration line and a complete RO membrane protection chemical system, ensuring stable operation, high water clarity, and long-term RO performance.
System Overview

• Operation: Dual feed pumps alternating for durability

Stage 1 – Fine Filtration (5 micron)
• 3 SS304 cartridge housings, 40-inch

• Removes suspended solids and fine particulates to protect the second stage
Stage 2 – Fine Filtration (1 micron)
• 3 SS304 cartridge housings, 40-inch
• Each housing contains 7 PP 1 m cartridges
• Provides ultra-fine polishing filtration before RO feed
RO Membrane Protection Chemical System
Placed upstream to protect RO membranes under industrial load:
1. Anti-Scale Dosing (Antiscalant)
• Prevents scaling and mineral deposition
• Ensures stable RO differential pressure
2. Dechlorination Dosing
• Removes residual chlorine to avoid membrane oxidation
Each dosing unit includes:
• 1 100L PE chemical tank
• 1 Precision metering pump
