one smooth-group applied

open the file in maya all the textures and the scene are loaded. in the outliner, select and enable the hidden scene (shift + h) and you can use the renderer.

in the obj file, only a pure model without texture maps, open and load textures into it in unity, or with the help of an arnold render.
