this product is for architectural 3d rendering and gaming.

there is one single mesh for the object and 6 different shader optimized for pbr with their maps (diff, refl, gloss, norm, bump & metal).
the texture is in very good quality (4k). no pages within.
obviously, novels are fake, pictures come from royalty free image, the text is in french.
simple setup.

made in proportion. metric in centimenters.
