• We do not convert 3d scenes and solid formats such as .step, .iges, .stp, .sldprt etc
• Conversion does not apply to collections of models.
• On average, requests are processed and completed within 24 hours. It's important to be aware that support resources are limited during weekends and holidays.

• Rigging and animations may not be retained in certain converted files.
