"other" texture maps within "others" folder were exported from substance painter standard export setting presets, therefore, some may not work, this is why this package is pbr metallic roughness / unity 5 standard specular specified.

the sofa without bottom wooden supports equals a total of 6002 vertices, 11972 tri's, 5986 faces, 11972 edges.

the sofa with bottom wooden supports equals a total of 7130 vertices, 14212 tri's, 7186 faces, 14292 edges.

if imported into maya (obj), separate the mesh to get the different components to assign each component it's corresponding textures).

the mesh flow was done like this because some of the objects required a *** more of edges to work better under some scenarios. feel free to modify (edges can be deleted without affecting uv's in maya for example), or re texture. re-sale or giveaway of this model is prohibited. Print Ready: No
