To the date of the 1200th anniversary of the construction of the original historical ship, I present a 3D model Drakkar based on “Oseberg ship 820 A.D.”
This model, although not a full copy of the “Oseberg ship” launched in Norway in about 820, but is made on the basis of drawings photos and other materials of this - the real ship. In scale 1:75 to the size of the original ship.
Dimensions of 3D model - 288x150x164mm.
The model is made in SolidWorks, Fully adapted to create an “exhibition - stand model” of classic materials - veneer, wood, cardboard and so on. The model contains the internal frame and all assembly parts. All elements are made in solid state - have thickness. The model is fully suitable for high quality visualization in professional close-up imaging applications. Pixel-image more than 4K (smoothness of lines, “"Assigned materials" - surfaces and does not require special textures - elements of decoration and small elements are made in the 3D model itself - to obtain realistic visualizations-renders in high pixel resolution). In the examples, the visualization is made in Sketch fab with the use of free-minimal capabilities and arbitrary, additional (seamless) textures taken from free access on the Internet.
The model was originally developed in technical-engineering 3D format (solid model CAD). In addition to solid model file formats, converted highly detailed polygonal file formats are additionally provided.
