A-90 "Orlyonok" is a Soviet transport and landing ekranoplan (ekranolyot), developed in the design bureau of R. E. Alekseev. In the Soviet Navy - Small Landing Ship-Ekranoplan (MDE) of Project 904, codename "Orlyonok" [1]. Adopted by the Soviet Navy in November 1979 [2]. It could lift off from the surface of the screen and switch to airplane flight mode, rising to an altitude of up to 3000 meters.
