cinema 4d is the native.

modeled and rigged in cinema 4d r17 and compatible with older and newer versions of cinema 4d. ( tested with cinema 4d r17, 19, 21)

cinema 4d model is full rigged and textured and ready to render. (default render engine)

3ds max version is not rigged.

there are fbx, obj, 3ds files also.
