Gas Mask | Design Inspired by the iconic Psycho Mantis (In his younger years)


Interesting fact: The common sponge was used in ancient Greece as a gas mask.... Much later in 1785, Jean-François Pilâtre de Rozier invented a respirator. Primitive respirator examples were used by miners working on hazardous environments.

This model depicts an awesome gas mask which can be seen being used by the iconic character Psyco Mantis in his younger years. Also know as The Floating Boy, Third Boy or Tretij Rebenok (Third Child), his remarkable psychic abilities are acclaimed throughout the battlefields. His is a story of a child who became a grown up way too early due to living close to warfare.
