This is a 1/6th scaled CAD model of the Front Fan and Nose Cone assembly of General Electric's TF34 turbine motor.
This assembly model is designed in such a way that it can be easily 3D printed. For this part to be easily 3d printed the Thickness of the Fan blade is increased and appropriately sized fillet features are provided.
Also, a threaded extrusion profile is provided on the fan blade component and a threaded hole profile is provided on the nose cone component. Therefore both the components can be easily assembled together.
Outer Diameter of fan blade = 5"
