Description

Gekkomon is a Reptile Digimon. It is a vibrantly-colored Digimon that inhabits tropical rainforests throughout the Digital World. These bright colors act as camouflage allowing Gekkomon to blend in with its habitat, making spotting it difficult. The pads on its fingers and toes are capable of clinging to all kinds of surfaces, such as the trees or boulders on which it typically resides. Although personality varies from individual to individual, most are of an inquisitive and cheerful nature. It can also utilize its tongue to execute creative attacks. When backed into a corner, Gekkomon has a tendency to cut off its own tail, which distracts foes while it escapes. Among members of the species, a shortened tail is regarded as a mark of cowardice, whereas a longer and unblemished tail is a sign of the owner's strength.

Gekkomon is a gecko-like Digimon with green skin, grey eyes, a blue lightning-like mark near each eye, an orange crescent-shaped mark on its forehead, sharp teeth, a large tongue, spiky head, back, and shoulders, pink forearms, blue three-toed hands, blue lower legs, pink three-toed feet, yellow belly and jaw, and a scarf-like green tail with pink stripes.
