This project includes a 3D model of a Hydraulic Floor Jack (Trolley Jack) fully designed and modeled in SolidWorks.
A floor jack is used for lifting cars and other vehicles for maintenance and wheel replacement.
Unlike a simple bottle jack that lifts only one side of a vehicle, a trolley jack can lift the entire car with ease.
It operates using a hydraulic piston and cylinder mechanism, and can even be used as a small winch or hoist with an attached chain.
The model consists of:

All components of the jack are modeled with precision and include mechanical and motion constraints, allowing realistic movement simulation — the jack arm moves upward when the lever is pushed down, and vice versa.
