Description
👤 Head
A rounded, heavy iron helmet completely encloses the head, closely resembling an industrial diving helmet or a heavily fortified medieval armet. The faceplate is defined by a dense, cross-hatched metal grate or prison-like visor that completely obscures any internal features. This cage-like face is bordered by thick metal rivets, and the entire helm is swathed in a voluminous, layered fabric scarf that wraps tightly around the neck.
🛡️ Body Structure
Torso: A dense, heavily armored chest plate layered with tactical utility pouches, leather bindings, and a central locking mechanism over the sternum. A skirt of heavy iron chainmail peeks out from beneath the chest armor, offering flexible protection over the upper thighs.
Arms: The limbs are fully protected by articulated metal plates and thick protective leather wraps. The left hand firmly grips a towering lantern staff with a heavy, reinforced gauntlet.
Legs: Robust, heavily armored legs feature segmented plate greaves and reinforced poleyns (knee guards). The armor segments lock tightly together, cascading down into massive, metal-plated combat boots designed for traversing treacherous, ruined paths.
Back: A long, sprawling cloak hangs heavily from the shoulders, draping across the right side of the body. The fabric is severely tattered, riddled with holes, and frayed into sharp, uneven tatters at the hem, showing centuries of harsh travel.
✨ Material and Finish
The character is forged from a dark, monochromatic palette of blackened iron, worn leather, and ash-grey fabrics. The metal armor shows a rough, hammered finish pitted with realistic corrosion, dirt, and minor battlefield scrapes. Deep, absolute shadows pool within the tattered folds of the massive cloak and behind the visor's iron bars, accentuating the grim, solemn atmosphere of the traveler.
(Make sure to check if there are any problems with the manifold edges. Most 3D printing apps will have an option to auto-fix them, but it's also preferable to load them in a viewer for additional checks.
There will usually be a few leftover non-printable polygons that generally don't interfere with the main model when removed, although depending on the removal method, it might discard the model's texture in order to fix it.
The model has an extent between -1 and 1; you can customize its size and modify it freely. You can also reduce or increase the polygon count alongside the vertices using any app based on your specific needs.
The model doesn't contain any pre-baked or built-in support structures, so it will require manual or automated support generating with the help of slicing software in order to print correctly.
The colors may turn out a bit different from the original ones seen in the images, depending on the printer used and how it's printed.
The polygon count can be a bit more or less than the described amount depending on where it's loaded for viewing and what file will be used for the printer.
The zip contains STL, 3MF, OBJ, DXF, and file formats.
The 3mf has the most accurate interpretation of the base model and is preferable when printing.)
