Overall Build

Humanoid, tall and thin, roughly 7 heads tall.
Proportions are lanky, not muscular: narrow shoulders, long arms and legs, small torso.
Stands upright in a neutral A-pose. No dynamic action pose, arms hang slightly away from the body.
Body / Structure

Exposed endoskeleton design. No outer armor plates.
Visible ribcage, spine, pelvis, and joint pistons at elbows, knees, and ankles.
Black cables and tubes wrap loosely around the forearms, thighs, and calves.
Torso is open in the front, showing a segmented spine-like structure. In the last image, the chest, abdomen, forearms, and shins have flat white panels.
Hands have four long, thin fingers. Feet are mechanical with a pointed toe and a heel spur.

Head is a metal cage shaped like a street lantern.
Inside the cage is a solid white light source, no facial features.
Top of the cage has small vertical spikes/antennae arranged in a circle.
A long, narrow metal plate extends down from the front of the cage, covering where the jaw would be.
Neck is thin, made of stacked rings and wires.
Coloration

Primary color is dark grey/black metal across the whole body.
Secondary color is flat white: used for the light inside the head, and for the panels on the chest, spine, forearms, and shins in one variant.
No other colors or textures visible. Finish appears matte.

(Make sure to check if there are any problems with the manifold edges. Most 3d printing aps will have an option to auto fix them, but its also preferable to load them in a viewer for additional checks.
The model has an extent between -1 and 1, you can customize its size and modify it freely. You may reduce or increase the polygon count alongside the vertices freely based on your specific needs. )
