Download the ZIP file to your computer.
Right-click the ZIP file and select "Extract All..." (Windows) or double-click the file (Mac).
Open the extracted folder and locate the "People" directory.
Copy and Paste (or drag and drop) the "People" folder into your primary DAZ 3D Library folder (usually named "My DAZ 3D Library").
In Daz Studio, refresh your Content Library, and you will find Millie Hair under: People > Genesis 9 > Hair > KuraiKya.
