modeled in max 7 using polygonal modeling. decal textures are made in photopshop for diffuse and opacity mask maps. max model has meshsmooth modifier still intact (6788 polys).

all other formats are exported/converted from max model with meshsmooth modifier collapsed at iteration of 1 (54330 polys)
