1/72 Scale model in STL, IGES, STEP and Solidworks formats.
From the mid-1950s to the end of the 1960s, the material equipment of the field bakeries of the Czechoslovak Army consisted mainly of KPN field bakeries. The original Soviet KPN field bakery, which was produced under license in Czechoslovakia was supplemented with domestic accessories. At the end of the 1960s, a mechanised bakery JANA was introduced into the army.
A part of the KPN field bakery, designed for bread production under field conditions for 5,000 people, is on display. The bakery consisted of 2 ovens, a dough mixer and other accessories and consumables. The oven itself was modernised in the 1980s, with an electric drive to the oven's rotary mechanism and a liquid fuel system.
In 1968, over 100 of these bakeries were in service. All bakeries were decommissioned by the Czech Army at the end of 2002.
The exhibit is located in the military equipment museum in Lešany in the Czech Republic.
