Description

This feeder adopts a stair climbing feeding method. When the screw reaches the top, it is sent to the counting module through the track by a micro vibrator. The counting module drives the micro finger cylinder to work under the preset value control of the PLC to start counting. This feeder can be manually counted or automatically triggered in two modes. When switching between M3 and M4 screws, only the track and counting module feeding tongue need to be replaced.
