Description
👤 Head
A smooth, pale, bone-like faceplate shapes the elongated skull, resembling a twisted, stylized raven or owl visage. A thick vertical stitched seam divides the forehead down the center, leading into two small, hollowed-out black eye sockets that sit closely together. The lower half of the mask tapers drastically into a long, sharp, and downward-curving beak that completely omits a mouth, casting a chilling, predatory avian silhouette.
🛡️ Body Structure
Torso: A massive, broad-shouldered humanoid chassis built from a complex, dense matrix of woven branches, thick straw cords, and thorny vines. The torso is completely wrapped in concentric, skeletal-like fiber bands that simulate a hollowed-out ribcage, with loose, frayed thatch strands hanging down from the waist like a tattered loincloth.
Arms: Long, hyper-extended upper limbs wrapped heavily in spiraling wood-fiber bindings. The shoulders and upper arms bristle with hundreds of sharp, chaotic twigs and bramble splinters that flare outward. The forearms lead down to massive, oversized hands that end in five deeply curved, sharp talons designed to pin down prey.
Legs: Strong, digitigrade-style legs continue the tightly wound straw architecture, wrapping the thighs and calves in heavy, concentric fiber layers. The ankles flare out slightly before terminating in terrifying, three-toed bird talons tipped with long, curved claws that anchor the beast firmly to the earth.
Back: A deeply hunched spine line entirely covered in a dense, bristling mane of tangled brambles and dead straw, making the character look like a living nest or a piece of corrupted woodland camouflage.
✨ Material and Finish
The entity is rendered in a deeply monochromatic, desaturated charcoal, ash-grey, and pale bone palette. The body textures are dry, fibrous, and rough, catching sharp highlights along the edges of the thousands of individual woven twigs and straw bands. This dark, matte, light-absorbing mass makes the smooth, satin finish of the pale beak mask stand out as an eerie, high-contrast focal point.
(Make sure to check if there are any problems with the manifold edges. Most 3D printing apps will have an option to auto-fix them, but it's also preferable to load them in a viewer for additional checks.
There may be a few leftover non-printable polygons that generally don't interfere with the main model when removed, although depending on the removal method it might discard the model's texture in order to fix it.
The model has an extent between -1 and 1; you can customize its size and modify it freely. You can also reduce or increase the polygon count alongside the vertices using any app based on your specific needs.
The model doesn't contain any pre-baked or built-in support structures, so it will require manual or automated support generating with the help of slicing software in order to print correctly.
The colors may turn out a bit different from the original ones seen in the images, depending on the printer used and how it's printed.
The polygon count can be a bit more or less than the described amount depending on where it's loaded for viewing and what file will be used for the printer.
The zip contains STL, 3MF, OBJ, DXF, file formats.
The 3mf has the most accurate interpretation of the base model and is preferable when printing.)
