• Rear zone: pool deck and modern gazebo equipped with a sink and BBQ counter, surrounded by generous green space for relaxation and gatherings. • The building massing is asymmetrical, avoiding any sense of strict symmetry while keeping a balanced proportion between open and solid areas.
