Description
This is the 1st gear from a rotax DD2 2stroke engine. I have modeled this for my graded unit and i'm gonna do a simulation on it to calculate stress distribution. My graded unit is a failure analysis on this gear. I modeled this gear with a caliper on hand. I measured the outer diameter and the No. of teeth. The dimensions of the tooth follow mathematical equations of the involute curve so they are acurate. There are multiple files attached for every use. Polygon file is also attached.Need more formats?
