The Storm Shadow / SCALP EG is the air-launched long range cruise missile, conventionally armed, deep strike weapon, designed to meet the demanding requirements of pre-planned attacks against high value fixed or stationary targets.

The Storm Shadow / SCALP EG is operated from Tornado (GR4 and IDS), Rafale, Mirage 2000 and Eurofighter Typhoon and in the future from F-35 Joint Strike Fighter.
