shopping center ‘yakor’ (december 2018)

the shopping center is designed as a building of variable number of storeys - one and two levels, with a central part and symmetrical side wings of a commercial area.
exterior decoration of the building - metal facade cassettes in red and silver (white) colors. the facades are made on a combination of the indicated cassettes with dark mirror glazing made of rectangular modules.
the plasticity of the building is defined by bay window inserts in the central and side volumes, as well as by gable triangular canopies of the tiled roof with lamps hanging in the vaults.

** the object is completely textual and prepared for rendering with
plugin corona 3
** completed in 3ds max 2017 (saved for version 2014)
** the sun was adjusted
** model exported in formats: max, 3ds, obj, fbx, stl
