model created in real world size, dimensions 345cm x 351cm x 324cm.
this model it is only one object without any subobjects.
this model has non-overlapping lightmap uv. model unwrapped manually to make most efficient use of the uv space.
the geometry has been triangulated to ensure it shades as accurately as possible in game engines

tested in unreal engine 4 tested in unity engine no special plugins needed. .obj and .fbx versions exported from 3ds max 2012. all texture sets were exported at higher resolutions of the necessary resolution for an easier downscale of the texture size(if needed).
intended for game or real time use, but have enough details to be used as background element, in design visualisation or film. can be used very well in 3ds max, unreal engine, unity or any similar softwares.
