this is game-ready low-poly bathroom sink model that can be subdivided!it also has a second uv channel for lightmaps in unreal engine 4.
because of its shape it can be placed on any surface.

model was originaly created in maya 2017. i made 2 different shading methods:

.mb arnold, unreal 4 and .fbx

there are maya standard lights in the scene, so it look
exactly like on images above.
there is also 1 texture map for hdri reflections (2k).
