This is a valve cover for a bicycle wheel.

This part should NOT be used on the vehicle you intend to operate. Because it can fly off at speed to whoever is riding in front of you.
It is not nice to get a Stormtrooper in the windshield.

This is more of an upgrade for the wheels of the bike.
