one nice office chair or an armchair or a commander seat. good for any project, can be rotated becuase its stand is a separate object. the model is
scaled for a humanoid character from 150 cm to possibly 200 cm tall.
1 multi/sub- object material with 2 standard sub-materials.

the native model format is 3ds max 2019 but we also included 3ds max 2016 format for backward compatibility and fbx. fbx file was tested in unity.
