A three-part desk-edge clamp with a fixed camera platform, recessed 1/4-20 camera-screw mount, M6 captive-nut seat, hand knob, and loose pressure pad. The geometric adjustment range is 15-45 mm on a flat desk edge with underside access. For small webcams or cameras with a suitable 1/4-20 mounting socket. The platform has no tilt joint. Metal hardware must be supplied separately: one fully threaded M6 x 60 mm hex bolt, one M6 nut, one approximately 12.7 mm long 1/4-20 camera screw, and a washer around 1 mm thick. Check socket depth; add washers or use a shorter screw if necessary. No load rating is established. Includes 3 printed parts in STL and matching 3MF. Printed assembly envelope: 60.00 x 64.00 x 121.10 mm (width x depth x height). Digitally checked; physical print and fit testing are still required. The envelope is for a 35 mm desk, excluding hardware. Physical slip and load testing are also required.

FDM starting point: PETG, 0.4 mm nozzle, 0.2 mm layers, 5 walls, 50% infill, and 6 top/bottom layers for the body; 5 walls and 100% infill for the small knob and pad. Print the clamp on its flat side as supplied; the knob is in the hex pocket up and the pad socket up. Inspect the camera counterbore and nut pocket and add local supports where required. Deburr holes and test hardware fit. Hand-tighten gently; no pliers. Perform a dummy-load and slip test on your desk before installing a camera. Do not use as an overhead safety mount.
