This design study is completely identical in terms of technical measurement compatibility for hypercars. This study can be used separately for production in factories.

Additional License Conditions

This License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the owner ("Licensor") and the purchaser ("Licensee") of the digital CAD/3D model ("Product").

1. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights related to the Product, including but not limited to copyrights, design rights, and intellectual property rights, remain the exclusive property of the Licensor.
This agreement does not imply freedom; only a limited license is granted.

2. Granting of the License

The licensor grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the licensed product in the field in accordance with the steps outlined in the license:

• Visualization, processing, and presentation systems

• Concept development and design evaluation

• In personal or commercial projects, non-mass production uses may be involved.

• Only interior design and reference structures have been completed.

Usage depends on the type of license purchased.

3. Restricted Uses

The licensee may not:

• The resale, redistribution, sublicensing, sharing, or transfer of this content is prohibited.

• The product, whether wholly or partially, being free of charge or not, any division in a third section.

• Use the products in your product inventory as templates or digital assets.

• Sharing, disclosing, or distributing CAD source programs (STEP, IGES, Fusion, SolidWorks, or similar)

4. Derivative Works

Any modification, alteration, or derivative work made to the Product shall not extinguish or invalidate the Licensor's intellectual property rights. All
derivative works are subject to this Agreement.

5. Production and Commercial Use

Axially aligned:

• Mass production, mold manufacturing, branded sales, OEM use, or exclusive production rights are strictly prohibited.

• This product cannot be used for mass production or end-user production.

• Special purchase or production licenses may only be granted under a separate written agreement and for an additional fee.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

The product is provided "as is" without any warranty. The licensor does not guarantee the manufacturer's technical specifications.

7. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall the licensor be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product; such damages include, but are not limited to, manufacturing defects, financial losses, or third-party claims, and are not limited to viewing.

8. Termination of the License

The exercise of any option under this Agreement shall result in the termination of the options and the automatic termination of the Agreement.
The licensor shall retain this money.

9. Platform Terms

In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and the license terms of the marketplace platform, the platform's terms shall prevail.

10. Applicable Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
The courts of Turkey shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
