the model of the tavern, covered with ivy. the geometry is translated into an editable mesh. a simplified material was created for export to an fbx file because composite materials could cause errors when importing to a new scene. therefore, when you open fbx in a new scene, immediately add the full material. file full material and all textures naturally lie next to the model in the archive. if necessary, you may have to correct the paths to the textures through asset tracking.the resolution of most textures is 2k
